Alkyl Amines Chemicals Ltd. has informed the Exchange that at the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders held on July 31,2008, the shareholders approved: 1. Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended March 31,2008. 2. Payment of dividend at the rate of 6% on Cumulative Redeemable Optionally Convertible Preference Shares of Rs.100/- each and dividend at 25% for the year April 2007 to March 2008 on equity shares of Rs.10/- each payable on and from August 8,2008. 3. Alkyl Amines Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 31, 2008, inter alia, have approved the following:

1. Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2008.

2. payment of dividend at the rate of 6% on cumulative Redeemable Optionally Convertible Preference Shares of Rs 100/- each and dividend at 25% for the year April 2007 to March 2008 on equity shares of Rs 10/- each payable on and from August 06, 2008.
