Glodyne Technoserve Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer books of the Company will remain closed from September 27, 2008 to September 29, 2008 (both days inclusive), to decide the entitlement of shareholders for payment of dividend, if declared at the Annual General Meeting. The dividend declared, if any, will be payable to the shareholders as mentioned above, on or after September 29, 2008....

FII Willing to buy at 820 but promoter asking Rs 901.... so getting delayed ie heard on street but in any case whether FII or not Target 2000 intact period 200 days ...

After taking a little rest and consolidation, Glodyne will go up again.It has come from the level of 400. There is a target given to it 784. Patience needed. That's all....
