Aurionpro Solutions Limited has informed the Exchange that "The meeting of the Board of Directors was held on 4th September, 2008 consider and taken on record the Audited Accounts of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2008. However, the said accounts were not ready for the adoption. Therefore, in view of the above the Board deferred the matter for the discussion at a meeting to be held on or before 7th September, 2008"....
