Aztecsoft Limited has informed the Exchange that Company have obtained the necessary in-principle approval of Stock Exchange in respect of 5,584,880 underlying equity shares which were added to the 1998 Stock Option Plan (India) and (US). Further, the Company has allotted 0 equity shares of Rs.3/- each fully paid on July 03, 2008 to the employees/directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 1998 Stock Option Plan (US). Further the Company has allotted 81,000 equity shares of Rs.3/- each fully paid on July 03, 2008 to the employees/directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 1998 Stock Option Plan (India).
