Omaxe Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 29, 2008, inter alia, has approved the following business :

1. Lt. Gen (Retd.) Bhopinder Singh was appointed as an additional Director of the Company.

2. Lt. Gen (Retd.) Bhopinder Singh was proposed to be appointed as Director under Section
257 of the Companies Act, 1956.

3. Re-appointment of Mr. P P Vora as Director, who is liable to retire by rotation was considered and recommended for the approval of Shareholders....

Omaxe Ltd has announced the following Unaudited results for the quarter ended June 30, 2008:

The Company has posted a profit after tax of Rs 465.274 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2008 as compared to Rs 544.581 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2007. Total Income has increased from Rs 2565.692 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 to Rs 2923.702 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2008.
