Asian CERC Information Technology Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided October 03, 2008 by circulation:

1. Pursuant to the scheme of merger of Regius Infotech Pvt Ltd (Regius) with the Company, to issue and allot 1,00,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 5/- each to the Shareholders of Regius.

2. To make an application to the Central Government under the provisions of Section 212(8) the Companies Act, 1956 to seek exemption from complying with the said provision of the Act for the financial year 2007-08....

Asian CERC Information Technology Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company on September 25, 2008, has approved the proposal of change in name of the Company by passing a resolution through circulation from "Asian CERC Information Technology Ltd" to "Religare Technova Global Solutions Ltd" or any other name as approved by Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana, containing the word "Religare Technova" subject to approval of Shareholders of the Company, and any other regulatory authority(ies), if any....

Folks, I have noticed that ASIAN CERC has gained momentum and gone up by close to 20% in two trading sessions. I think accumulation is taking place at lower levels as volumes also increased from mere 6K to 50K. I would recommend if somebody has bought after I recommended them to book partial profits at around 59-65 and hold the balance shares. Good Luck....

Folks, I think ASIAN CERC has corrected a lot and value seems to emerge in this stock. I think its worth to accumulate at this level and hold it for the medium to long term and we can expect 3 figure mark in 2 years. One needs to understand that this stock is now under the blanket of FORTIS group, who have carved a niche for themselves in the financial sector. I think irrespective of bull/bear the clients will still need their business reports and ASIAN CERC is a leader in this segment and almost all the Broking houses like RELIANCE MONEY, ICICI etc are their clients and this business will expand more in the coming years. I am expecting this stock to temporarily underperform if the markets are collapsing, but with slightest recovery this stock will bounce back smartly and surely at this level its an accumulate and strong buy around Rs.30, if at all it gets there. I see a remote possiblity. Good luck

Asian CERC Information Technology Ltd has informed BSE that the Remuneration / Compensation Committee of Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 15, 2008, has allotted 77,400 Equity Shares under the "Employees Stock Option Plan 2006" of the Company. The paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company post allotment is Rs 6,18,25,000/- comprising of 1,23,65,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each....
