Ankur Drugs & Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 27, 2008, has taken the following decisions:

1. The Directors have recommended a dividend @ Rs 2.25 per share (@ 22.5% per share) for equity share of Rs 10/- each, subject to the approval of the shareholders.

2. Re-appointment of Mr. Purnandu Jain as Chairman and Managing Director of the Company for further period of 5 years....
