Talbros khared lo, challa ga, management darpok hai, phir bhi theek hai , nahin to ho jaya gee. Nothing to loose at this miserly cmp. odds are in favour of buyer. 3 is to 5. Regarding adani, mudra, godrej, they are pre- historic companies , having only antique value, & that to only for the families owning them , for the general investor it seems dead wood.Why get into, such slimy stocks when others are available, dime a dozen, in todays mkt.Mkts will rise , if not today but wont be very long, so grab the oppotuinity now....

If they have no problem , than why are they holding back the dividend information, postponing up to AGM. this is what I AM ASKING & THIS IS WHAT CASTS A shaddow on the none to investor friendly management.Basically this is a bit family controlled auto ancillary clutch of small units. the company is old but the mind set is also introvert & lala types.They have to integrate themselves into growing INDIA, & not just live in their past glory, where they were the only few sucessful auto ancillary units. The family oriented management must wake up now, & try to work, than to spend 24 hrs in the luxary of their palatial mansions or luxary hotels. It is time they integrate with the work culture of today & forget Nehru;s suffocating idealism.

The prices for auto ancillary units have fallen between 35% – 50 % across the board. Hence there is no problem with this particular company. TACL has consistently paid 20% dividend in the last 5 years. Also the B/V of the share is Rs.60 as on current date.Hence there is no problem of the management.

Everything you are saying IS FINE, then why are they being so secretive about declaring the dividend. Till today it is yes & no regarding dividend, you can imagine the type of morons managing the comp.?? What are they waiting for// what intrest they have to keep the subject matter divident pending. I find no reason xcept, making shareholders to part with the scrips , which they had scribed in IPO at above 100 value, by scaring them away for time being.

Avg price for last 8 months is Rs.54 currently trading at Rs 37.Hence price gap available is Rs 17 + Rs 2 if 20% dividend is declared. Federal-Mogul Corporation very aggressive about the Indian market. It is not happen that they will only produce pistons, rings, liners, bearings, ignition and sintered products and gasket will be ignored hence they either have to buy control stake in TACL or to go as per JV agreement. In both situations shareholdrs of TACL will be benefited.
