I feel comparing the current stock price with all time high price may not be right way to value the stock. please do not get me wrong....

Read the analysis of the and activitis in moneycontrol. See the results of June 2008, income grown by 483% to Rs.1934 lacs for the quarter ended 30 June 2008 from Rs 332 lacs for the quarter ended 30 June 2007.The standalone losses have reduced to Rs 136 lacs for the quarter ended 30 June 2008 from Rs 311 lacs for the quarter ended 30 June 2007.
Compare the highest price with the current available price. Very cheap and expect nearly 650/- immediately.
Think and can buy the stock for short gain.

If there are terms to describe this issue/share it is pure greed . As in the case of Reliance Power IPO this has caused grief to the Holders who are left wondering what hit them. Even at a cusrosy glance people know that this stock can only deliver results in the year 2012 , not before that.
But here there was no promoter crying for the shareholders but deafening silence from Mr. Promoter...

Future Capital Holdings Limited has informed the Exchange vide notes to Accounts in the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2008 (taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2008) that: "Out of the net proceeds of Rs.46,221.32 lacs (net of issue expenses Rs.2,913.10 lacs) the Company has utilized an amount of Rs.21,546.40 lacs as per the objects of the issue and the unutilized amount has been, in the interim, placed in Mutual Funds"....

Just wait for the price to reach the level of 175.
Do not expect any bounceback.
The Future Group has made its future , now your decide your future.
The stock will provide the worst nightmare to its holders....

I also hold 8 IPO allotted shared of Future..
I just searched and it never touched 175. The 52 week low is 257.60.

I can't think of getting rid of this share as I am already 50% loss.

IPO price at 800+ ???
You probably don\\`t have any idea of FCH then. It was offered to the public at 765, and post-listing, it went to 1000+

At 765 the shares are overvalued, no doubt, but any price below 450 is a good investment opportunity for Future Capital....
