Hindustan Composites Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has:

1. Reappointed Mr. V D Ingle, Executive Director (Manufacturing) upto March 31, 2009, w.e.f. August 09, 2008; and

2. Re-appointment of Mr. Vinay Sarin as Executive Director (Marketing) further for a period of 1 year w.e.f. August 09, 2008;

subject to the approval of members of the Company in their general meeting....
