Adani Enterprises Limited has informed the Exchange that as per section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956, read with the Companies (Passing of the Resolution by Postal Ballot) Rules, 2001, the consent of the shareholders for the Special Resolution (as per the attachment) is to be obtained by means of Postal Ballot. The Company has appointed Mr. Rohit Choksi, as the scrutinizer for conducting the postal ballot process in a fair and transparent manner. The duly completed postal ballot forms should reach the Scrutinizer on or before September 17, 2008. The Scrutinizer will submit his report to the Chairman after completion of the scrutiny and the results of the postal ballot will be announced by the Chairman on September 22, 2008. becos the results are not good enuff.Its a very expensive stock to post the kind of sales it has.. dont forget the face value is just 1 rupee.... look at hindalcos sales or even HUL and ITC.. see their sales figures and then compare the prices.. all three are of the same face value... i think... i think... but never mind.. its a highly speculative stock and will always go up eventually.. Gautum adani will see to it.....

Even after good results why the stock is so bearish? inspite of having good technicals and performance growth...
is there any reason for the slow down in its pace?
