Kohinoor Foods Limited has informed the Exchange with reference to Companys letter dated June 20, 2008 regarding disclosure in terms of regulation 7 of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of shares and takeovers) Regulations, 1997 with respect to acquisition of shares of the Company by Temptation Foods Limited from open market, that "During scrutiny of the shareholders list we have noticed that Temptation foods Limited had acquired 6,50,000 shares instead of 10,00,000 shares which they had mentioned in their disclosure dated 18th June 2008 under Regulations 7 of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of shares and takeovers) Regulations, 1997"....

Kohinoor net profit is highly questionable, just 2.4 cr. profit?? how can it be? when the rice price went by more than 50% during the same period. one should read accounting policy before any conclusion....
