Sharyans Resources Ltd. has informed the Exchange that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on October 03, 2008, the 10,00,000 outstanding warrants have not yet been exercised to date and hence stand cancelled. There is no outstanding warrants and the paid up capital of the company is Rs. 14,87,00,000/- as on date....
