Gruh Finance Limited has informed the Exchange that the Committee of Directors (Allotment) of the Company today i.e. October 14, 2008 allotted 4,261 equity shares of Rs.10 each under its Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2005 as per details given below:- 1) Pre-allotment issued and paid up capital: i) Number of shares: 3,46,47,699; ii) Amount in Rs.: 34,64,76,990. 2) Number of Equity shares allotted: i) Number of shares: 4,261; ii) Amount in Rs.: Rs.42,610. 3) Post-allotment issued and paid up capital: i) Number of shares: 3,46,51,960; ii) Amount in Rs.: Rs.34,65,19,600. Distinctive Numbers of shares allotted - From 3,46,47,700 to 3,46,51,960. The Company has further informed that the allotment of 4,261 Equity shares of Rs.10 each at a grant price of Rs.67 per share, have been made pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options by the some of eligible employees and Directors of the Company under Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2005....
