Dear Investors, Well, I thought of sharing one final comment from my side - Pricol has lot of real state assets in Coimbatore. Plant I and III itself has lots of lands. At the time I used to consult them, the land price was quite high and now with more than 8 years, it must be 3-4 times the price, I believe. Also Pricol has plant in North (Near Maruti Factory) which is huge land. Regarding, unrest in employees, I think pricol is very employee friendly. People used to get free transport, food, insurance and many other allowances. Unrest may be because of some process changes or so. So overall Pricol may not give you immediate results but in 1 yr time, it should not remain at same level and should give handsome returns. At one point in time, I referred SHATI GEARS (around same price a Pricol) and then it never looked back. I see similar stroy for Pricol in time to come. Happy Investing. Yogesh ...

Right price is a very subjective thing. But I feel 500 rs is the intrinsic value of the share. If you add future growth, the strength of the parent etc, it should have at least touched 800-1000 in the 5 year bull run. I wish all these MNCs delist ASAP ... Indian investors are getting trapped in so called value trap by investing in them. BTW, having tested the crookedness of even these MNCs, I won't be surprized if BASF goes back to 220-230 - touch wood ... I just dream that George Fernandis of good old socialist times is in power and threatening the MNCs :-) ...
