Hi chief,
Learn from Warrner Buffet.
He was sitting 80K Million USD from last so may years and not investing saying that the market is over valued.
He has just started investing buying into the good companies now, means that this may be or is the bottom.

at least investors who are entering at current level will not regret later... rather the people who are still sitting on cash may miss the opportunity if they don`t start buying in small quantity..

so much panic at the lower end of the market, Mr. Buffet has started investing, Mr. Rakesh J thinks that the `Bigger Bull market is waiting...` .. all these are very positive for investors.. yeah there could be pain in the short term.. but we are very close to the bottom...

Yes right. Secondly IDFC is a solid scrip, which will bounce back. This is not a fly-by-night scrip. In olden days brokers would often advice clients that ` Iss scrip ko le lo aur bhul jao. This is the best scrip` and the investors had to really forget the scrip for life. Bank stocks & DII stocks will never go out of fashion. So no worries....

Dear Chief, There is nothing wrong with IDFC and other Indian stocks. If Dow falls next week, then I am afriad that a stage of complete capitulation will arrive here also unless SEBI impose ban on short sales. IDFC is a blue chip, so it will hold its ground.
