Ifb Agro Industries Ltd has informed the Exchange that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company was held on September 12, 2008. At the meeting:- 1. The Board approved and allotted 3,00,000 Equity Shares (face value of Rs 10/- each) of the Company to IFB Automotive Pvt. Ltd on Preferential basis at the rate of Rs.67/- per share (including Premium of Rs 57/- per share). 2. The Board of Directors has approved a proposal of merger of some of its group entities with itself....

IFB Agro Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 12, 2008, inter alia, has transacted the following:
