DLF- The land bank with DLF ismore than any other co but then why HDIL is quoting more than this stock
In a way PARSVNATH has very large land bank but stock is low because their land bank comprises of low cost lands except chandigarh where as unitech n dlf have quality assets in land bank
The inherent strength of DLF will speak for itself
Those in n around Delhi know well whats DLF,a GIANT in realty n they occupy 14th place in market capitalisation n KN SINGH is the 5th richest person in the country .

those days are not gone,u just have to be more stock specific. in all type of markets there are some stocks which outperform the stock market & simplex reality is one of them.

simplex reality has posted very good quaterly numbers & has announced good dividend.quaterly eps - rs 80 & dividend of 125%.

in july its first quaterly numbers will also be very good.

so just buy & forget for 1 year.

simplex has developed planet godrej with godrej property in which simplex hold 70% stake.there are 380 premium flats in planet godrej.starting prise of flat is 5 crore.
simplex has small equity base of 3 cr.

so you can calculate the profits & eps which will come.
