Am not so sure if your info is correct...I have been holding this company for many years..share prices may be fluctuating but the company is steadily plodding away.....

The tax is already in the results..teh increase is yet to reflect..
so where are we..??one qtr minimum of rise..then again price control is for local consumption what of exports??? nothing right so relax and watch the operators play out..look a NMDC as proxy..it is holding and all selling is absorbed...with circuits save today becoz of this news on price ceiling ..if the present prices continue..they will make money like they havenever seen for the next 3 qtrs..that is enough to build a BANK...

more bad news. refer to the bse announcements. one of the promoters have backed out and now promoters holding in HEG from 51.50 % has come down to 49 %. so more supply pressure can be seen. happy investing ...

I'll tell you the correct facts. There is a family dispute between the Promoters of Gujarat NRE Coke and Austral Coke. Rishi Raj Agarwal is the promoter of both Gremach and Austral Coke and his Uncle is now controlling Gujarat NRE Coke. His uncle is now raising a hue and cry that the promoters of Austral have used the name of Guj NRE Coke as one of the "peers" to gain investor confidence. But I don't understand what's wrong if Guj NRE Coke is mentioned as one of the peers in Austral Coke prospectus? The Uncle is also accusing Rishi Raj Agarwal of making tall claims in the prospectus and blah blah blah. This is just another family feud like the one the Ambani Brothers had after Dhirubhai Ambani died. This is the real reason why Gremach Infra shares have been hammered down so much from the highs of Rs 504 in January. Just remember what the price of the undivided share of Reliance Industries was before the partition of Mukesh and Anil Ambani in the year 2002 when Dhirubhai died. And then calculate how much the Reliance Ind (undivided) shareholder has gained since then! This is how much gain is possible in Gremach Infra! Once the feud subsides, Gremach will touch new highs. I think that there is less possibility of any buy back coz the co have recently sold its excess holding to fidelity @ 33/- per share to meet the fdi holding limit in any listed co in India..... So there is less possibility of any buy back ..... But the face of the result shows good drowth in the topline and if the bottom line does not go in red in the next 3 qtrs .... 60 to 70 can easily be the base price ..... Regards sb14701...

aarti ind. in Q-1 net profit is around what was net profit for last whole year. exellent buy for midium term.second quater is better tham Q-1. so hold for some more time....
