hi friends,
This is definitely one of the good counters for LT.This is an excellent bet in present volatile environment.
It is looking good even with a short term perspective.However short term players with enough risk appetite can play with it for an upward target of 8 to 10%.

LIC Hsg.finance is an excellent scrip. Investors with small budget proposals, can get small lots at convenience. As an alternative, they can go in for GIC HSG FINANCE Ltd shares also. My inner feeling is both will come together in a few years, as many changes are to take place in Insurance market after the StateBank act amendment bill. This is just a food for thought.

LIC Housing Finance has come out with first quarter numbers. Its Q1 net profit increased at Rs 104.7 crore from Rs 46.7 crore and total income went up at Rs 622 crore versus Rs 461.8 crore YoY. There is 32% increase in loan application across the country.

LIC is one of the finest midcap stock involved in housing finance. I like this stock because of his reach at rural areas of india. As rural indians are conservative, they always go for LIC. I recommened buy on LIC housing finance for atleast next 4 yrs....
