Rei Agro Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 04, 2008 have allotted 28903037 Equity Shares of Rs.10 each (fully paid up) in place of 48171730 existing Equity Shares to the equity shareholders of the company, by cancelling a sum of Rs.4/- from each paid-up Equity share of Rs.10/- each and thereafter consolidating 5(five) Equity Shares of Rs.6/- each of the Company into 3(three) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up, as per the terms and conditions under the Scheme of Arrangement already approved by the Honorable High Court of Kolkata....

Could somebody please advise when REI Agro will restart trading at exchanges.

How delisting will impact current investors? (will current investors will get new shares via bonus/ stock split or new entity of REI Agro)

What i understand, the company is not delisting their shares but they are alloting shares for their retail venture for which there will be auspension of trading

What i understand, the company is not delisting their shares but they are alloting shares for their retail venture for which there will be auspension of trading...
