dear all,

In this carnage, just like every other counter, LIC housing finance got beaten down.

This is a fundamentally good counter with very good dividend yield.

At cmp of 220 levels, present annualized dividend yield is almost 4.5%.

Those who dont worry about the exact bottoms and who have the money to accumulate and willing to hold it for longer time can consider buying in to this stock in small lots.

Investments in this counter will yield good dividends which will be a great relief in bearish times.

The Profit and Earning of the company is very good, But what is happening with LIC, the script is down and down due to the affect of market sceniro and according to see the market their is not a any chance for LIC as well as for market to recover of its normal level. But point to be noted that if we are hold it for a long time then and then only some profit has to be taken in this counter....

keep an eye on the price movements of GIC HSG.FIN and LIC Hsg.finance.
Gic Hsg. will be cheaper and worth the salt.If you do not get the price in LIC Hsg. we canget GIC first-- in small lots of 50 shares

I have a target of Rs.250.00 for LIC Hsg and Rs.45.00 for GIC Hsg.
There is nothing to come till march 2009 and we can have the budget only for our consideration. In the speculative activities, it will move down.
So the investible amount can be parked in a short term FD in any convenient bank(preferably in the bank where our trading broker has his account).
This what I am following,just for your information.
Let the final decision be yours.

There is nothing to come till march 2009 and we can have the budget only for our consideration. In the speculative activities, it will move down.
So the investible amount can be parked in a short term FD in any convenient bank(preferably in the bank where our trading broker has his account).
