No,No,No! Thank U but I am not taking the interim dividend please.If we consider its price of 29 vis a vis comparative ratios of other IPOs which have ruthlessly fallen then this stock has still a long way to fall.Yes,in yesterdays ruthless free-fall market its not falling??. Manipulation,manipulation and more manipulation as stock has no buisness to be above 14 levels.
After stock becomes ex-dividend same story: 1)The ruuuussssh to sell the stock.2)the continous fall of the stock 3)Lamentation that the meager dividend to be received is small compared to the loss of capital appreciation on the stock!
Even if we compare this stock with its peers eg Greenply/Century etc its quite expensive.But......its well supported on the bourses.
P.S.Small investors: Caveat Emptor! See Birla Cotyspin.It announced 5% dividend.So it was well supported at Rs 6(Recent IPO at Rs 14) and above cum-dividend few days back.Now its ex-dividend and yesterday it closed at 3.50 with lot furthur fall left.Also its quarterly results are out and it has shown only Rs 22 lakhs profit! Caveat Emptor!...
