At the current Speed Of Trend, H D F C will become OVERBOUGHT (appearing bullish) on 11th November, 2008, at Rs. 2553.48.

This is NOT a PREDICTION for this stock. Speed of Trend (SOT) analysis figures provide just general DIRECTIONAL GUIDANCE, and are NOT to be considered in ABSOLUTE TERMS for setting up your trading or investment decisions. SOT projections may change drastically, or may even get totally reversed upon significant EOD level changes for just about 2-3 days. S O T analysis doesn`t take any technicals or market sentiments into account ... S O T figures are calculated solely upon progression or regression seen on the basis on last few days` EOD figures. Just that.

Dear Leave It,

Extremely sorry for the delayed response... I`m not sure how I missed replying to your mail.

And thanks a lot for the information on PPF and VPF... and I know now that for individuals like me, below 30, its good to have a PPF account... lockin of only 15 years against VPF which we get only when we retire.

Thanks once again for the info..

Take care and best wishes of Divali and new year to you too dear friend..

regards,
Sourav...

Dear Souuravkundu,
I had all the appreciation for your short letter to a boarder. Will you permit to say, why you express your passion towards equity in the last sentence as a post script?
Please do not have any sentiments to the shares. They are fair weather friends.
May I add a few words? Instead of VPF, you can well have a PPF account for your wife and nurse it every month by a minimum contribution you can afford. For PPF is the one account as on date, that can be extended beyond the maturity period.VPF will come to an end with the retirement.
It gives me a good support in the third extension, even after my retirement. One account can be opened in the name of all in our family. I am doing like that, by sending a gift cheque, by Tamil new years day(April every year) to all my grand children, specifically drawing the ch/DD in favour of their PPF account to keep the accounts in force.
Just I share my point of view.
With seasons greetings to you and to all whom you love,
V.Krishnamoorthy

marketman,

First of all, I wish you a happy and peaceful Diwali. I would like to add the word `prosperous` but the time is not good enough to that.

As regards hdfc, I am looking to buy it if it reaches 900 level. When I mentioned that I might be adding punjlloyd if it comes below 150 level, I was not so serious but was expecting that it might be. It really surprised me when it breached that level so early.

Now I may be acting like a politician at this level, in other words, I can change my stand as they do. Frankly speaking, I failed to buy it when it was at 150 level nearly 2 yrs back but now at this level it seems to be dangerous to add to my PF.

Can it breach double digit too?

with best wishes and regards,

knair

Mr.Knair
Wish you a Happy Deepavali.
I read your letter with synonymms and antonyms. It clearly reflects the vascilating mind or anxious thoughts over the movements of the market prices. That made me to poke my head in your mails as I am also a share holder of HDFC ofcourse from IPO.

You have well understood the current trend and reasons for the same. Nobody can be correctly telling what is in store in the day`s trading today. Please allow the market a short holiday say for six months and simply watch the TV or news papers. Please do some prayers--earnestly telling you Sir,--- to gain some peace of mind. I do so for the past one month.

with all my best wishes and seasons greetings,
V.krishnamoorthy
