It means nothing for general investor, its their company thy put in money at Rs.60 premium or Rs.450 Premium (Like Rel Power) money remains with them. They were in business they are in business.

from Different prospective it means commitment of promoters in the business and their willingness to raise their holding in the company ; but still its their company !!!

What should matter to you or to any one as an investor is the fact that how much and how consistantly business will make money ; if the company have any potential to grow better than average?? and most of it if the promoters will share profit by way of reasonable dividends??

Though some boarders are apprehensive on the management of this company, but I am hopeful that this company should give decent returns from current level in 12-18 months time....

Ind swift Lab is good share for long term as well as short term For march 09 expected full year earning is aprox 16/- and giving a reasonable PE of 12 price of share works out to Rs/-more than Rs 150/-Recently the company has converted Zero Coupon warrants @ 70/- per share. Technically also it is near 200 DMA Buy for good appreciation.
