The results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2008
The Company has posted a net profit of Rs 2656.80 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2008 as compared to Rs 2293.70 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2007. Total Revenue has increased from Rs 4817.20 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2007 to Rs 5030.20 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2008....

Yes, you are right. HDIL is also in realty space and the entire realty space is looking week at the moment. YOu will see more sqeeze in the net profit and sell in the q3 down the line due to slump in property prices.Pls wait for two digit to take fresh position in HDIL.My target price for November would be something around 110.
So Short for 30rs gain.

The company`s Q2 standalone net sales were down-16.30% at Rs 477.56 crore versus Rs 570 crore, where as Its net profit was down -16.66%. at Rs 265.68 crore versus Rs 318 crore.
Please exit HDIL. Monday its target future price is 133.

Dont misguied the investor who r holding from higer level.
