now i am more inclined towards saying it as a wave c(5) than wave Z .
downgrades has already came about US economy from fed and soon rbi will follow too. slowdown sign becomes more obvious in wave c(5) at around mid of c95)
as of now c(5) has not crossed its half way mark. minutes wave of c(5) will give some recovery and people will sell into those recovery.

more cartels are at work and they are growing in end game. more collusion taking place.some more rumors and downgrades will be circulated in synchronized way about different sector and this time govt won`t be able to pop up the market too. RBI will soon make some rate cut and that will lead to some recovery but people will sell into these.

No time to put fresh "dry powder" yet in market. better levels are going to come.
