The low inflation number to 8.9% from 8.98% is not really a good sign from market point of view as it has reduced not because of lower cost of production but because of lower consumption & demand.
Peoples purchasing power has decreased and hence money is not coming out of pockets.

Astronaut Tool Bag Lost In Space.....
An astronaut fixing the outside of the international space station has dropped a tool bag, which then floated away.
The spacewalker let go of the bag by accident when a grease gun inside it exploded.
It is one of the largest items ever lost in space.
The mishap occurred during an unprecedented attempt to clean and lubricate a solar panel joint.
Heidemarie Stefanyshyn-Piper was just starting to work on the joint when the proverbial spanner was placed in the space works.
She reported her grease gun exploding, which released the dark grey lubricant all over a camera and her gloves.
While wiping herself off, the white, backpack-size bag slipped out of her grip, and she watched as her entire set of tools floated off into space.
"Oh, great," she mumbled.
Ms Stefanyshyn-Piper was one of two astronauts to have stepped outside the space station for the special mission.
Her trip with Stephen Bowen is the first of four spacewalks planned during the shuttle Endeavour`s visit.
The astronauts were lugging grease guns, putty knives and oven-like gloves to try to remove metal grit from the gummed-up joint.
For more than a year, the joint has been unable to automatically point solar wings toward the sun for maximum energy production.
The repair work is due to take up much of all four spacewalks.

INDIA BECOMES THE FOURTH NATION TO LAND ON MOON =========================
Bangalore, Nov 14: The Indian flag is all set to mark its presence on the lunar surface for the first time on Friday as the Moon Impact Probe (MIP) on board Chandrayaan-1 has been released on Friday. The Impactor, moving at the speed of 1.6 km per minute, is scheduled to crash land on Moon by 8.30pm. ISRO said in an early reaction that the manoeuvre was `perfect`.
As a precursor, yesterday, MIP was detached from the main craft; readying it for the final launch towards the moon’s surface.
Miniature Indian flags are painted on four sides of MIP. "It will signify the entry of India on Moon," Satish said.
"During its 20-minute descend to the moon`s surface, MIP will take pictures and transmit these back to the ground," he said.
MIP is one of the 11 scientific instruments (payloads) onboard Chandrayaan-1, India`s first unmanned spacecraft mission to Moon launched on October 22.
The spacecraft yesterday reached its final orbital home, about 100 kms over the moon surface after ISRO scientists successfully carried out the last critical orbit lowering operation.
Developed by ISRO`s Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre of Thiruvananthapuram, the primary objective of MIP is to demonstrate the technologies required for landing a probe at the desired location on the moon.
The probe will help qualify some of the technologies related to future soft landing missions. This apart, scientific exploration of the moon at close distance is also intended using MIP.
The 29-kg MIP consists of a C-band Radar Altimeter for continuous measurement of altitude of the probe, a video imaging system for acquiring images of the surface of moon from the descending probe and a mass spectrometer for measuring the constituents of extremely thin lunar atmosphere during its 20-minute descent to the lunar surface.
ISRO officials are confident that the MIP would withstand the impact once it hits the lunar surface. "Most probably it will not disintegrate," an ISRO official said.
From the operational circular orbit of about 100 km height passing over the polar regions of the moon, it is intended to conduct chemical, mineralogical and photo geological mapping of the moon with Chandrayaan-1`s 11 scientific instruments (payloads).
Two of those 11 payloads - Terrain Mapping Camera (TMC) and Radiation Dose Monitor (RADOM) - have already been successfully switched on. TMC has successfully taken the pictures of Earth and the Moon.
After the release of MIP tomorrow, the other scientific instruments would be turned on sequentially leading to the normal phase of the two-year mission.

Wanbury launches Cdense – for osteoporosis & gynaecology related calcium deficiency. The available calcium brands mainly use calcium carbonate as base. Global studies have shown that Calcium Orotate (Cdense) is the only calcium that directly deposits in the bone and ensures optimum bone mineralization.

New Delhi: Indian Navy stealth frigate INS Tabar has successfully repulsed an attack by pirates off the Somali coast and sunk their ship, an official said on Wednesday.
The Indian Navy ship was fired at by pirates in the Gulf of Aden late on Tuesday.
“The pirates fired at INS Tabar, which is patrolling the waters off the Somali coast. The ship retaliated and sank the pirate vessel,” a navy official said.
Last week, INS Tabar had staved off an attack by Somali pirates on two merchant vessels - one from India and another from Saudi Arabia.
Somali pirates seize Greek carrier
Meanwhile, Somali pirates have seized another ship, a Greek bulk carrier, despite a large international naval presence in the waters off their lawless country, a regional maritime group said today.
The East African Seafarers` Assistance Programme said the Greek vessel was taken yesterday in the Gulf of Aden, the second ship seized since the weekend`s spectacular capture of a Saudi supertanker that was the largest hijack in history.
`The pirates are sending out a message to the world that `we can do what we want, we can think the unthinkable, do the unexpected`,` Andrew Mwangura, coordinator of the Mombasa-based group, said in the Kenyan port of Mombasa.
His organisation has been monitoring this year`s explosion in piracy off Somalia, fuelled by an Islamist insurgency onshore and motivated by the lure of multi-million-dollar ransoms.
No ransom has been demanded so far for the Saudi-owned supertanker Sirius Star, a ship three times the size of an aircraft carrier and loaded with oil worth 100 million dollars.
In their boldest and furthest strike yet, pirates dodged international naval patrols to seize it 450 nautical miles southeast of Mombasa on Saturday, far beyond their usual zone of operations.
They brought it back to Somalia, where it was believed to be anchored near the port of Haradheere. Mwangura said the Greek ship had between 23 and 25 crew members but he had no further details.
It followed the hijacking, also in the Gulf of Aden, of a Hong Kong-flagged ship carrying grain and bound for Iran. Rampant piracy in the region has driven up insurance costs, made some shipping companies take a route round South Africa instead of through the Suez Canal, and prompted an unprecedented response from NATO and the European Union among others.
Somali pirates are holding about a dozen ships and more than 200 hostages, most near Eyl village on the northern coast.

Detroit`s Big Three automakers pleaded with a reluctant Congress Tuesday for a $25 billion lifeline to save the once-proud titans of U.S. industry, pointedly warning of a national economic catastrophe should they collapse.
Millions of layoffs would follow their demise, they said, as damaging effects rippled across an already-faltering economy.
But the new rescue plan appeared stalled on Capitol Hill, opposed by the Bush administration and Republicans in Congress who don`t want to dip into the Treasury Department`s $700 billion financial bailout program to come up with the $25 billion in loans.
Rank and file Republicans and Democrats from states heavily impacted by the auto industry worked behind the scenes trying to hammer out a compromise that could speed some aid to the automakers before year`s end. But it was an uphill fight.
"Our industry ... needs a bridge to span the financial chasm that has opened up before us," General Motors Corp. CEO Rick Wagoner told the Senate Banking Committee. He blamed the industry`s predicament not on management failures but on the deepening global financial crisis.
And Robert Nardelli, CEO of Chrysler LLC, told the panel the bailout would be "the least costly alternative" when compared with damage from bankruptcy.
Under questioning from skeptical senators, both said they`d be willing to consider slashing their salaries to $1 to show a willingness to sacrifice for federal help.
Sympathy for the industry was sparse, however, with bailout fatigue dominating Capitol Hill. Lawmakers bristled with pent-up criticism of the auto industry, and questioned whether a stopgap loan would really cure what ails the companies.
At the start of a more than four hour grilling before his committee, Sen. Christopher Dodd, D-Conn., told the leaders of GM, Chrysler and Ford Motor Co. that the industry was "seeking treatments for wounds that I believe to a large extent were self-inflicted."
"You`re asking an awful lot," Dodd, the panel chairman, said at the close of the session. "I`d like to tell that you in the next couple of days this is going to happen. I don`t think it is."
Sen. Mike Enzi, R-Wyo., complained that the larger financial crisis "is not the only reason why the domestic auto industry is in trouble."
He cited "inefficient production" and "costly labor agreements" that put the U.S. automakers at a disadvantage to foreign companies.
Ford CEO Alan Mulally told senators the auto industry was "a pillar of our economy."
GM`s Wagoner refuted criticism that his company was not keeping pace with the times, saying it had been on the brink of a turnaround before the financial meltdown hit, reducing sales to the lowest per-capita level since World War II.
Failure of the auto industry "would be catastrophic," he said, resulting in three million jobs lost within the first year and "economic devastation (that) would far exceed the government support that our industry needs to weather the current crisis."
Chrysler`s Nardelli sought to respond to those who suggest the automakers seek Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, as have some airlines that later emerged restructured and leaner.
"We just cannot be confident that we will be able to successfully emerge from bankruptcy," Nardelli said.
Chrysler was bailed out by the federal government once before, in 1979, with $1.2 billion in loan guarantees. The company repaid the loan, plus interest, ahead of schedule. Back then, former Chrysler CEO Lee Iacocca reduced his salary to $1.
Under questioning from Sen. Jon Tester, D-Mont., Mulally didn`t join the other two executives in saying he`d do the same now.
"I sure respect the intent of it, but the most important thing is that we not degrade our ability to be competitive and deliver this plan," Mulally said.
Joining the Big Three CEOs, Ron Gettelfinger, president of the United Auto Workers union, said the emergency loans were important for the survival of the industry and union jobs. He said the UAW recognized that "in order for these companies to be competitive, we had to make tough calls" in labor concessions.
"My sense is that nothing`s going to happen this week," Sen. Bob Corker, R-Tenn., said at Tuesday`s hearing.
Democratic Sen. Max Baucus of Montana said he also smelled a flameout. "I sense that nothing is going to be passed," the Finance Committee chairman said.
Earlier, House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer said Congress might have to return in December — rather than adjourning for the year this week, as expected — to consider an auto bailout.
"Dealing with the automobile crisis is a pressing need. We are talking about a lot of people ... and a great consequence to our economy," said Hoyer, D-Md.
The financial situation for the automakers grows more precarious by the day. Cash-strapped GM said it will delay reimbursing its dealers for rebates and other sales incentives and could run out of cash by year`s end without government aid.
