Your right the company has to come up with a nice offer, and which they will in coming months may be. I got the news from a friend who works for the stock market so i posted it here. lets see how many get lucky and double it. Still i would say one must do their study b4 investing in any stock for self satisfaction.

PLUS markets are bound to stay in red this week, and next few days or weeks, may be from oct the markets are expected to make a bull run. . Dollars high so FII's are making good use of it and pulling out the cash but dont forget they will also reinvest. we just have to wait till they reinvest and once they start we feel we should have started earlier. Now is the best time to invest in which every stock you want one can never get a chance to buy at bottom levels.

I'h started buyin from today if u feel its the right time then pick the right stocks and wait and watch. .

GOOD LUCK AND HAPPY INVESTING....

I have received the Annual Report and following are my observations:
1. Sales Volume and production has increased by only about 1 percent and turner has increased only because of higher prices. Despite this the Staff cost has gone up from 2.46 crores to 4.54 crores. How do you explain this?

2. The company has 31 Crores in Liquid funds of Mutual Funds and 16 Crores with Banks. Despite this the company for the past several years has been declaring only 5% Dividend.

3. The Company has proposed a Resolution to borrow 400 Crores but there is no mention of any expansion plans.

4. Post Bonus the cost of shares to Investors in the IPO works out to Rs.22.

5. It seems the company is out to loot the public by manipulating the market.

If the price is to double the company will have to come out with an offer of Buy back at a attractive price which it can do considering the funds available and completeion of its expansion programmel.

Anyway what makes you confident it will double. Some explanation please.
