Beng the prime stock in realty sector, DLF should not have fallen down to the current levels. It should be maintaining above Rs. 800 levels even in adverse situations. In July 08, it went down by 70% (Rs. 370)from its all time high level Rs.1225. I wonder at what level this stock is going to get a support....

Dear Jadish, DLF was considered to be the best in the biz and there was big expection when it was listed. I think the the mdeia and investors gave a phenomenal welcome during the time of DLF listing. But I feel that so far DLF could not live up to the expectation of the investors and as per me stocks like Unitech, GMR Infra and HCC may perform better than DLF when this sector come out of the bad phase. I am holding DLF since November 2007 and sorry to say I lost my confidence in this stock. I will be happy to see it perform better, but it is not happening. The way it goes, it can come down further....

BEARS fishing for BAD News - Bears are fishing for any news they can find to see the negative side of it. Nothing is clear about the reasons why the 4 blocks are being chanelled through subsidiaries. The accounting and management of Reliance Industries has to be crystal clear and one must continue to have faith and trust that the actions taken by RIL must be beneficial to their business which I think has to do with raising capital in tight market conditions. Upto the extent of the tight monetary policy adopted by RBI RIL as the Ambanis are well known will always find way, means and loopholes in favour of themselves and their shareholders as a result. I think that it is not necessary to highlight everything that makes a GIANT enterprise like RIL. All you need is to see a film named GURU to explain most. If there is any malpractice discovered in the modalities being adopted by RIL it is the end of Mukeshbhai so it does not seem that he is being suicidal. It is mandatory according to income tax and company laws for full disclosure of businesses being chanelled through subsidiaries and hence there is the safeguard for the shareholders and investors. So hold on to your reins and let your horses run. Afterall at the end of the day we are interested in results. ...
