Looking at the free fall of this stock and current market scenario, I don`t think there will be any further dividend payouts in future. Anywayz sub 15 levels it looks attractive to me, I will purchase atleast 10000 shares sub 15 levels....

For the FY 2007-08 its EPS is around Rs 10 and they have given 350% dividend(Rs7.5 per share). for Q1(June)08, EPS is 1.5, if it is annualised, EPS for 2008-09 will be Rs 6. For next year due to market condition, they can reduce to 100%(Rs 2 per share). Currently indiabull security is sub 20. so dividend will be 10% of your investment.it is as good as interest on your FD in bank. See after 3 years, when your investment will be thrice, mean it would be atleast 60 and you will enjoy dividend more than 10% of your investment whole life.

I am advising this scrip because looking at its financial this scrip is available a dirt cheap rate.
More over the company has given a dividend of 375% on Rs 2 Face value which come to around 7 Rs odd.
Look at the 52 week high and low difference.
My advice is that only the conservative and long term investors should go for this scrip.
Accumulate in each dip.

But the current years working may not be on expected lines and so the EPS may fall below expected level....

In these times when interest rates are very high and raising money is very difficult, the management would want to preserve cash by stopping/reducing dividend payouts and holding on to it for their own needs/expansion plans....

In case working results are bad, they can of course reduce the dividend pay out. Many companies are reducing their dividend pay out this year or are even not paying any dividend also....

I will like to see markets recovered to 4500 levels in 6 months and indiabulls still at sub 20 levels. So that I can sell all my shares and buy Indiabulls Sec at 20 and enjoy 33% dividend rest of my life.

The thing is that if Nifty moves upward, Ib Secu will also move upward, nobody can`t stop it....

Results for last quarter were below expectations and results for this quarter are expected to be lukewarm.Also melting global markets are taking a toll on all financial stocks.Hence I feel that this stock could soon tank sub-20 levels.The way markets are tumbling coupled with a global slowdown will result in many dividend paying companies likely to skip/reduce dividend in the future.
P.S. Ithink its best to exit now and re-enter in the range of 16-20 levels....

Trading volumes down to 60% in last 9 month. Because of that Brokerages firms revenue is also down. Unless untill volumes don`t pick up brokerage firms revenue will not grow....
