3M India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 29, 2008, have approved the following investments at Electronics City Plant, Bangalore :

- Rs 650 million in setting up of the R&D facilities

- Rs 150 million in upgradation of the Infrastructure facilities

- Rs 113 million in setting up of the Warehouse facilities....
