Downward cycle is not yet over. This qtr results will be poor for most of the companies. Hence just after the announcement of results, market will again start falling and shares will reach a new low, as also Chambal....

It was a good judgement vkk43. However I feel that Dow may produce a cheater rally once again and Nifty would follow it creating a classic trap. We may get Chambal at Rs. 24 to 27 level in Dec or Jan. The fifth leg of downtrend is still pending. Unless Realtors start selling at discounted price, local recession will not go. We have two more months for it.

Once the Cycle degree wave-2 is over (somewhere after the year 2002), the Cycle degree 3rd of the Super-Cycle degree 3rd would open. This will be the most dynamic phase for the Indian stock market in its entire history. This wave, being the 3rd of the 3rd, should be at least 0.618 Fibonacci ratio applied on "log" scale to the 1st wave. This gives us a target above 45000 points. The time period required to achieve this will, conservatively, be not more than 1.618 Fibonacci ratio to the 1st wave (which was for 12 years), i.e. 19 years counted from the end of the 2nd, thus completing by the year 2025. Cycle degree 4th and 5th (of the Super-Cycle degree 3rd} will follow during the rest of the 21st century. Therefore, one can safely say that the Sensex should cross 45,000 points before the year 2025. (as shown in Chart 1). Since the estimates are only conservative, these projections are virtually guaranteed. We may, in reality, see a higher figure that what has been projected here....

Your point is noted. However pl note that Illiot Waive Theory expert Vivel Patil had said in June 08 at India Investment Show 4 shares would go down to 10% level from top. They are Reliance Capital, JP Associates, Videocon and Adlabs. He had also predicted that the Sensex will go dwon to 9800. The sensex then was at about 16000.

Now Adlabs has achieved the target. JP is on way. Rel Capital may also achieve.

Dear Friends

This mail is for small investors. Dont rush to buy any scrip. Next week market may see some bounce back on tuesday or wednesday and as it is closing for f&o. So dont think that upmove as bull run. wait till mid dec and decide the nifty pattern. Because every scrip including nifty should test a low which was created on rush. On oct 27 same thing happened. All scrips including nifty made their lows and suddenly jumped up within minutes. They will be broken once again with slow movement and a new low will form and that scrip will consolidate at that level for some time. Then it will decide the future course of that scrip. So wait and watch where nifty will confirm its low. So dont worry. wait and relax. Because everybody in the market are losers and at this juncture no body is ready to bear another set of losses.

In case of chambal here is the target. All midcap stocks which were held by FII were beaten from their 52week heighs to such levels that if u invest Rs.1 at their 52week high , now it values only 10 paisa. Take example of Unitec,HDIL,IFCI,Teledata, etc. Almost all stocks were beaten like that. If any stock didnt done dont worry action will be taken next month. In this future crushing section chambal ,Nagarjuna and other fertilizer stocks will come. In large caps Bharati Airtel etc will come.
For chambal Short term target is Rs.15-20.
For Nagarjuna fert it is Rs.1-5.
They will reach there .

Best of luck

Yes his views sound incredible at this stage. But the markets are not in a bearish phase but in a breakdown phase as seen by trends.
Yes we see that the basic factor for markets to be steady i.e, investor psyche has taken a drubbing.Add to this bearish global conditions/poor corporate results/Huge ever-increasing redemption pressures by Hedge Funds/FIIs/Mutual Funds will beep on taking the market downwards.
So how much will it fall?Individual perception would differ here,my view being that the market could go down gradually upto 5000-5800 levels and maybe settle there. However one strong trigger(the gigantic San Francisco earthquake)would,I feel, take the markets below 2000 levels never ever to recover from there.Best to be a trader in this market and do not,I repeat,do not hold for thr long term....
