From last two days there are regular 5-6 bulk transactions of 50K to 100K shares. Someone is accumulating huge qty in this co. If this co manages to stay afloat through the crisis, it will give the best return during turn around....

Well looking at the improving market, i feel that this stock will give very good returns once the news about cap reduction is confirmed.
Amalgamation with Tractel and recent hiring ads for j2ee developers suggest some telecom projects under development which means the net sales should cross 100 million this time.
Only hoping that ERO contract from Object Xperts is also on, if so result should be substantially better...

u r right, but it is not just iqms that is hitting lows everyday. go through the list of 6000 cos listed on BSE and u will find out. Atleast this one has come up with some positive news in AGM. Why blame a stock when the whole market is behaving insane. Today is most probably going to be the worst day on BSE and IQMS will hit another low, but why blame IQMS for it?

IQMS Software Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 27, 2008, inter alia, have considered and approved the following:
1. Adopted the Audited Annual Accounts of the company for the year 2007-08.
2. Approved the Capital Reduction Process of the Company.
3. Approved the Amalgamation of M/s. Tractel Solutions Inc., USA subject to FIPB Approval and BSE Approval.
4. Approved other matters as per the agenda set out in AGM Notice.

i am also surprised. Just before the AGM these guys are giving the jitters. This market has lost all sense. Looks like there is no bottom for anything. I am only hoping the promoters are not selling. Now lets see what they have to say during the AGM

company is dead silent since quiet sometime now. Some useful information can come up only in the next week. The co had set up a BPO just sometime back for a project won through Object Xperts and announced that it would go for name change and capital reduction. Since then it has not made any announcement/disclosures. Will try to fish something today

I got an interesting info today abt IQMS. Object Xperst that IQMS has acquired recently was actually acquired by ICICI infotech in yr 2000. Last year someone from the ICICI infotech top management had moved to IQMS. Most probably he got Object Xperts to IQMS. Object Xperts looks like a decent company and recently IQMS has announced that it wants to better align its core business with that of Object Xperts. Object Xperts basically takes consulting assignments from Foreign Financial organizations and executes them through its indian office in Hyderabad. Fortunately the client list does not show anyone that has been washed off in the current crisis. So let\\\\`s hope for the best. The co has already announced a turnaround. Is in hiring mode at senior and experienced levels means it is doing good. Hopefully they will come back with a bang during this AGM.
