Dear DUstocks, Your inference is logical indeed, but a couple of points should be noted. Reliance is widely held and carries the highest weightage on Nifty. Operators manipulate its price for managing nifty levels and therefore its price sometimes does not reflevt its fundamentals. Reliance is the promoter of RPL and owns 50% shares. Any improvement in RPL\\`s valuation automatically benefits Reliance too. Best regards,
