Alchemist Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 01, 2008, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To consider and approve the Annual Accounts of the Company along with Auditors Report & Directors Report thereon for the year 2007-08.

2. To consider and recommend dividend , if any.

3. Re-appointment of Director(s) retiring by rotation.

4. Re-appointment of Statutory Auditors of the Company.

5. Re-appointment of Mr. Kanwar Deep Singh as Managing Director.

6. Fixation of date, time and venue for holding Annual General Meeting.

7. Fixation of Dates of Book Closure / record date for the purpose of Annual General Meeting / Dividend, if any....

I think you spend only 990Rs for your purchase at 9.03 for 110 shares.
The FV was changed from 1 to 10. You should be having 11 shares at an average price of 90.30. Now price is 105, you can now sell and gain 150Rs profit on your investment amount of 990Rs....
