Price of cooking gas, kerosene, petrol and diesel are regulated. OMCs still make loss except in petrol. If there prices are reduced inflation will nosedive.
Vegetable prices have softened. In winter the prices will come down further. Commodity prices are declining.

If the crude gets available below 50 dollars for years,there is no need to go for alternative energy sources.... even new explorations in new oilfields becomes expensive than the present crude price.......

US and the developed nations are immediately going to give a huge thrust on alternate energy cources. Particularly Obama`s team is alreday putting to gether experts to pump huge money to develop alternate energy - Suzlon and similar industries are surely going to be the sunrise compaines - and are already reaping huge benefits. Buy this stock now - FFI`s are already buying too - after taking a beating they now being more careful. so it is a good buy in any case I thimnk....
