In one case, the KVB fails to make payment to the nominee notified by the depositor in the application form itself at the time of making deposit in the bank. But bank fails to adhere the nomination made by the depositor. will it be correct in banking law? How I get the money, as nominee? The K V Bank has not responded my call till now? so all must aware of nomination made by the depositor and what procedure to be adopted by the Bank for effecting speedy payment and settle the claim must be ennumarated at least now. Will RBI/Finance Ministry do so?...

Thanks for your earnest reply. Here I once reply that my father nominate to receive money from bank after his death. But why bank bother abour legal heirs. If legal heirs have got any right then they discuss with thenominee for settlement. the bank has no right in stopping payment to nominee as per the wish of the depositor. Hence I think the bank has adopt delayed tactics in payment of matured claims received from the nominee along with proof of death of the deposit. Will any court judgement available for this. It will helpful to all depositors who deposits in bank as a word of caution as NOMINEE. It is only an eyewash from the bank to put clutch in payments....

It is good for long term investment which will fetch multi fold profit in near term. Tuesday`s range for this scrip is Rs.113 and rs.96.50 with 52week low is Rs.87.95. Good Luck....

Your view is some what correct. Here the Bank in all quarters right from Branch Level to MD level not replied my letters eventhough I have writtenly nominated to receive amount after the death of depositor. The legal heirs question does not arise. Any legal judgements refraining make payments, available may be informed....
