Emails and smss only mean that you communicate several times a day, instead of a mere 2/3 letters a day at most, and filing and saving is also easier, safer and more convenient. Lol…
Good old “romance” will never die, only the styles may change. Just look around and see the young beautiful children discovering love all the time and everywhere, in college, in chat rooms, in the malls, pubs and clubs. Of course, many make mistakes, as every generation did, but parents are so much more understanding now. Most parents are like friends with children and participate in their physical and mental development much more than earlier generations.
No, it doesn’t sound silly and we don’t laugh at ourselves. Actually we feel we were wise, and that it was the right thing to do, otherwise we would have missed out on something so precious and dear to both of us.
About the survey you mention, I think it has elements of truth, because one does pick up certain traits, subconsciously, from near and dear ones. Like the saying goes, “Kharbooje ko dekh kar kharbooja rang pakarta hai.” Lol…………..
