Thanks for keeping an eye. Marg I beleive is suffering from
1. Being a real estate compnay by way of its projects and the crashing prices ..we have seen nothing yet
2.Shipping crisis..hence expected port valuations suffering - hence the baltic index a which will show aan uptick in shipping and economies as well since all the world seems to have halted..
3. General sentiment
4. Heavy liquidation of stocks by some large holdrs could be FII/speculatgors/operators..etc.

But all this will turn once the shipping index a barometere of economy gaining..
i guess mid dec is the time to start adding aggresively. as of niow but given the market changes it cud be sooner keeping an eye on circuit and volumes as well. do not buy more than 250 per day......

Honestly i am flummoxed. I had done due diligence onthe group and found that they had a decent reputation for honesty. I think price is attractive alaready and will be a multi bagger whenver it starts.
The port at Kariakkal is to start on march 09 so anytime after jan is when accumulation shd start. But one can buy in small qty someone is getting out regardless of price and tghey have tons of stock for sure,. so price erosion without limit cannot bed ruled out. I mean one can see 10or even sub 10 levels if circuits where not on it would have reached there already. Keep an eye onBaltic index and if u see movement pls alert us on board since shipping and portsare linked. ...

Hmm I have a feeling the dip may be longer that is why. Hope asks me to stay bullish but all media flow and company reports seem -ve.
Pull back will be sudden and swift though. Given tht now adays smart money and slow money move in hoardes and floow each other at far shorter lag....

I dont know of 1700 but a 5 to 6 Rs dividen can be expected as cash flow is huge and guess what TATA SONS wants cash. TCS has the Cash and tata sons still has 74 % + in TCS so the yield will jump

if Q3 is good then in Q4 a rights or bonus can be expected if it is rights a liberal pricing can be expected....

Hi trulyfair, The day I replied to your earlier post, I have added Marg in watch list and put a target price of 40. Now it reached the price... but hesitent to invest. May be another rs.2, 3 fall... I would join the Marg club. I do check Baltic movement once in a while but not so regular. Will alert if I notice any drastic movement. bty I think it is near to the bottom. May I know, how the Baltic index movement has any thing to do with Marg price..! Regards, Sri ...

Price came down to 48 from 75 (36% drop), since the above post which is some 20 days back. `i think the market is selling all scrips without exception` Agree with you. But in the case of Marg it is beyond that. 52wk H/L is 640/48. Trading at much less than 1/10th of high price. Not many scripts are battered like this..! My take.. my analysis always skips a beat (it takes a day to play out) so my analysis is full of arrythmias (palpitations) LOL.. i can only predict day to today... however one interseting fact that comes from analysis of DOW is that after being struck by recession world indices have taken on an average 8 years to double itself... so why would i want to invest if the same is repeated this time... i get the same from an FD or PPF without having to watch ticker tapes. LOL... however post the dotcom bubble the index doubled itself in three years.. i have put out that post... should repost it again here.....
