Murli Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that "The company received resignation from Adv. M. Mani, Director of the company from the directorship of the Board and from the membership of the Committee w.e.f. 3rd November, 2008. The management accepted the resignation subject to the approval in the next board meeting"....
