no one knows that... the sooner the better... since the rate at which there core business is lossing money it will be back to BIFR soon.

don`t fool urselves... value of land has gone down... the TDRs in mumbai have lost upto 70%... so they maybe have fallen a lot but don`t expect old highs soon.

You are wrong Boss. Golden Tobacco is not a Real-Estate Co. like Parsvnath, DLF. The Co. is not a Construction Co. They have huge Land-Bank and the Value of the Land is not going down.

You are wrong Boss. Golden Tobacco is not a Real-Estate Co. like Parsvnath, DLF. The Co. is not a Construction Co. They have huge Land-Bank and the Value of the Land is not going down....

Both tobbacco and realty business are in slow down phase now. Look at parsvnath, brigade,purva, DLF, HDIL all of them trading all time low and not recovering.
