Surjit Bhalla, O(x)us Invt said mkts look attractive at current levels. "Sentiment is still poor. We may see further downside, but mkts are unlikely to drop too much." Devina Mehra of First Global said the markets are definitely in a bear phase currently. "We may see at least another year of negative returns."
