Vijay Shanthi Builders Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2008, inter alia, have approved the following:

1. Adoption of the accounts for the year ended March 31, 2008.

2. Approval of Dividend of Rs 1.10 per equity shares.

3. Re-appointment of Shri. Biranglal Eriwal & Shri. Nitin Kumar, as directors.

4. Re-appointment of auditors.

5. Re-appointment of Shri. Suresh Kumar as Managing Director for a period of 3 years commencing from retrospectively from March 10, 2008....

Hi cmc,
Listen to every one but don\\`t blindly believe anyone. Do your own study before and after buying any stock. I am an investor. I am holding Vijay shanthi builder. If you are an investor you can hold this one. If you are a trader, you can exist from this stock around Rs 70/-. I believe it will touch Rs 70 in a very short time....
