Eurotex Industries And Exports Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Annual General Meeting of Eurotex Industries and Exports Limited was held on September 27, 2008 and the members, inter-alia, have accorded approval to the following:- 1) Adoption of the Directors Report, Auditors Report, Audited Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2008 of the company. 2) Re-appointment of Shri H.P. Siotia as Director of the company, liable to retire by rotation. 3) Re-appointment of Shri Rajiv Patodia as Director of the company, liable to retire by rotation. 4) Re-appointment of Shri Dharam Paul as Director of the company, liable to retire by rotation. 5) Re-appointment of Messrs Lodha and Co. as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this meeting upto the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the company and to authorize Board to fix their remuneration, terms and conditions....
