Please do let me know about the Buy Back. Can anybody sell the shares on buy back like us retailer. If so what is the procedure since am having my demat account with ICICI direct. How to carry out the sale. And also what is the price limit of buy back and how many shares can be sold as I have 75 shares.

In India property bazaar will never come down significantly in long run. Thats the only and safest place where Indians can park their black money. Now I dont have to mention that black money market is almost another parallel economy in India.

I wish prize can come down - but I believe 20% correction is a dream.

AJAY...

If you think population doesn`t make a diff then i`ll give you land in a desert. would you go and live just coz its free...lol....I`m not sure about you but people buy houses not because they are cheap but because they want a better life with quality stuff. Your logic is quite possible if we were talking about a normal builder but let me just remind you DLF is not building houses for everyone. ...
