sebi introduced ASBA process for right issues and public issues recently but i understand that it is only for big cities and it is introduce to very limited banks so sebi must give proper publicity to encourage the investors to take advantage of new system....

sebi made big announcement for this process for ipo and tata motors right issue but when i checked with icici bank in rajkot they told me that it is available in big cities only and there are so many other hide loopholes which will come in light in coming days asba process must be available to all cities to make it popular....

you can complaint to investor service bse,nse and sebi provided you have got valid documents such as contract note and invoice from the broker.by chance if delivery does not come than also you will get your money back at the purchase price by way of close out procedure of exchanges.do not worry you will get the shares do not panic....

as per bse settlement programme shares purchased on 29th and 30 th sept will be credited on 3rd oct 08 morning and larsen record date is 3rd oct evening so do not panic you will get your shares original on 3rd and bonus shares after 15 to 20 days.this is the procedure followed everyday at the exchanges and they always take care in such cases but for your safety take out the transaction details for the reference do not panic....

since you have purchased cum bonus at 2340 then you will get bonus shares do not worry exchanges are not fool and they are aware of the situation do not panic if you do not get it write on this board and i will show you the ways to get your bonus shares....

buy at current price and do not apply for right shares as right shares will come after 15 days from the closing date so if you buy today around 96 you can sell at any time....

It is simple. If you have 100 shares as on 29/30th September after bonus you will get another 100 total to 200 numbers of Rupees 2 valued shares. Do you have any more confusion? Tunga ...

Thankyou so much arjun. I know they cant refuse me my shares but what just made me anxious was a call by ICICI that since i bought shares on 29 Sep I wont get bonus. I will definitely move to sebi or exchanges even more if needed. Thanks for your help. I wont have panic if I was well just I had an accident and was hospitalised and came home last month so I was worried if needed for me to move out for my right I cant as I am bed ridden till at least next march 2009. yea true this is what i told ICICI people but they are still being dumb say as 30 sep is a bank holiday and shares will only credit on 4th and not 3rd ..what is legal stand i can take if they dont allot me shares..thanks in advance. regards...

Every one is using the word bonus , but in fact it is split not bonus , so your value is the same , only thing is that your share count increases ....

But if u buy today at 98/- and then it continues to fall thereafter and when will you sell and at what price....

I would like to know how many share holders of Hindalco have NOT yet received the Rights Form. I have not received mine till date. The Company\\`s representative, over the phone asked me to contact Karvy at Hyderabad. My experience of Karvy with regard to delay in receipt of Ranbaxy open offer leters (for which many Boarders have complained) makes me wonder if at all the Rights issue will sail through.Underwriters will have to take up in case of devolvement. The reason for the doubt being that entire amount of Rs 96/is reportedly being sought at Application stage itself and with delay in receiving the CAF, how can a share holder even apply for SPLIT FORM?...
