at this carnage stage of the stock market nobody can give targets.
however i see vishal to stabalize at levels not less than 112 and start new journey towards peak.

the company has closed down all regional offices and are selling properties for which resolutions have been passed on in the last meeting.
sell and buy at 220 levels as that may peak the script to all time low.

Vishal Retail Limited has informed the Exchange that Pursuant to Section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956 and the Companies (Passing of the Resolution by Postal Ballot) Rules, 2001 to transact the following business by members of the Company by means of passing resolution through postal ballot. (1) Special resolution under Section 81 (1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 in relation to Further issue of Securities of the Company. The Committee of Directors constituted for this purpose has appointed Mr. Sanjay Grover, FCS, FCA, as Scrutinizer for conducting the postal ballot process in a fair and transparent manner. i have been constantly telling all fellow boarders on this board to maintain sell at all levels on vishal. the management has a target to open 250- showrooms by march 2009. and they will do that.
they have to achieve the target as the capital expenditure is already programmed. it is not that the company is not going to do well in next year. the company is the best in the market but has lack of personnels who can do programmed management.
vishal may currently dip to near about 200 levels and that may be the bottom and then a buying opportunity.
