With reference to the earlier announcement dated August 12, 2008, Voltas Ltd has informed BSE that upon completion of the conditions precedent, the Company on September 04, 2008, has purchased / been allotted equity shares of Rohini Industrial Electricals Pvt. Ltd (RIE), whereby the Company holds 9,31,149 equity shares representing 51% of the paid-up capital of RIE.

RIE becomes a subsidiary Company of Voltas Ltd effective September 04, 2008....

ho god is voltas really traded at 149.9 or a dummy price. But something is clear from that cue there may be some speculation is going on so it is better to buy this stock at current levels 122 to 129 and with in a weak or two the stock can reach 149.9 or above enjoy profits
