Taj Gvk Hotels & Resorts Limited has informed the Exchange that: "Mr. C. D Arha had appointed as an Additional Director on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 30.10.2008. Further, we also inform you that Mr. N. Anil Kumar Reddy the Director of the Company, had submitted his resignation for Directorship vide his letter dated 22.10.2008. The Board considered and accepted his resignation at its meeting held on 30.10.2008"....
